Actress-politician Kangana Ranaut added another feather to her cap as she became a restaurateur. She launched her first cafe, set amidst the breathtaking landscape of the Himalayas. The actress shared a glimpse into her cafe and revealed that the restaurant will open on February 14, coinciding with Valentine's Day.
Sharing a video introducing fans to the new cafe, the actress wrote, "A childhood dream comes alive, my little cafe in the lap of Himalayas. The Mountain Story, it’s a love story. #TheMountainStory Opening 14th February." The cafe is in Manali, some 66 miles from her hometown.

In the video, Kangana was heard saying, "It is undoubtedly amongst the most special projects of my life, it is an extension of myself, something that is not only close to my heart but also my roots and I’m extremely proud of having the opportunity to offer an experience of the same through The Mountain Story."
The video shows a glimpse into The Mountain Story's rustic woodwork, a cosy corners.
The 38-year-old actress also shared pictures of the restaurant on Instagram, writing, "The mountains are my bones, the rivers my veins, the forests are my thoughts, and the stars are my dreams." In another post, she added, "The mountain is calling, and I must answer."
Earlier in 2021, Kangana revealed that she was 'taking baby steps in to FnB industry.' Sharing photos, she captioned, "Sharing my new venture my dream with you all,something which will bring us closer,other than movies my other passion food, taking baby steps in to FnB industry,building my first cafe and restaurant in Manali, thanks to my terrific team dreaming of something spectacular. Thanks."
